1. Service Coverage

We currently offer delivery across India through reliable third-party courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s delivery schedule.

Remote or non-metro areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

You can use the provided tracking number to check the delivery status at any time.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
