At Star Soaps (BeesPhil), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at Care@beesphil.com.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Product arrives damaged or defective

Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and any damage or discrepancies.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Important: No refund will be issued if the product has been used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Email us at Care@beesphil.com with the subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number].

Attach photos clearly showing the issue (damaged/wrong product).

Include your full name, contact details, and order number.

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If your refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery.

Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please follow the refund process above.
